Sample Shipment
Once a sample has been added to the inventory, you can ship it to our lab.
To access the sample shipment info, please navigate to your Aropha inventory, by clicking on the Inventory tab on the left panel of the dashboard.
Then select the Shipping tab to enter the sample shipping section.
Sample vials

To help better organize the samples in our lab, please only send your samples in 17 mm x 60 mm, 8 mL vials or 28 mm x 61 mm, 20 mL vials (one vial for each sample). As our tests only consume mg levels of samples, there is no need to send a large amount for each sample.
You can purchase these vials through a variety of vendors:
Fisher Scientific: 8 mL, 20 mL
Thomas Scientific: 8 mL, 20 mL
You can also request them from us.
Such vials are generally capable of containing both solid and liquid samples. However, if there are any compatibility restrictions of the samples and the containers, please let us know and you can then send your samples with your special containers.

Inform us of your shipping
To help us track your shipping and also document it for better lab management, we encourage you use the form provided by us to inform and also record your shipping.
To do that, please click on the link Inform us of your shipping to enter the shipping record page.
Upon entering the shipping record page, click on the button Shipping new samples to fill out the form of a new shipping, where you can input the samples to be shipped, package carrier, tracking number, and note.

Please note that the samples to be sent can only be selected from the inventory. Therefore, please sure to add the samples in the inventory first before trying filling out this form.
