Return Shipment

There comes a time when it might be necessary that you need to request samples currently in our lab to be sent back to you. This may be the case if you are performing any sort of sample creation or you need to retrieve samples in order to undertake further analysis not available in Aropha labs.

The process for requesting a return shipment is very straightforward. Simply click on the Truck icon in the "Action" column in the sample inventory table, and confirm the return shipment (make sure it is currently in our lab). We will send it to the address in your Team profile page. Therefore, make sure you have correct and up-to-date address in the profile.

The Truck icon would not be clickable if the corresponding sample is not currently in the lab.
